CoWork is a one-to-two-year opportunity to serve alongside a TMS Global team while using your skills and professional experience to share Christ's love through your normal work and relationships.

What you'll do
Serve alongside local caregivers as they provide compassionate care, discipleship, and practical training for newborn orphans and their families during the crucial first three years of life.

People with experience or interest in medicine, nursing, therapy, education, agriculture, accounting, or other practical skills who want to serve vulnerable children and families.

What you'll do
Teach in the Ecuadorian jungle, helping children flourish through education, leadership development, and Christ-centered relationships.

Serve alongside local churches through community health, evangelism, and discipleship, building trusted friendships that open doors for spiritual conversations.

People passionate about healthcare, evangelism, disciple making, and serving rural communities.
