Pam served in Thailand and is now stateside working in mobilization. Pam has a heart for connecting with young adults and serving as a coach in life and ministry, which she does through her new role on staff. She loves spending time with her family, friends, and meeting new people.

Regional Mobilizer
Todd and his family served with TMS Global as cross-cultural workers in Thailand and is now stateside working in mobilization. In his new role, Todd connects with people exploring cross-cultural ministry and walks with them as they discern next steps. In his free time, Todd loves to work with his hands and watch sporting events.

Director of Information Technology
Ron serves with TMS Global as our Director of Information Technology. He loves to do one-on-one ministry with new believers. When not working on computers or working with new believers, you will likely find Ron soaking up the sun on the beach or finding new roads to explore in his motorcycle.

Senior Director of Communications
Ruth is passionate about telling the story of what God is doing in the world through our cross-cultural workers and the entire TMS Global community. She oversees the communications and marketing department. She has served at TMS Global for more than 25 years, is a fan of tennis, C.S. Lewis (and nearly all things British), and having coffee with friends.

Executive Assistant to the President and Office Manager
Eunice makes it her goal to provide the president, executive leadership team, and board of directors with the highest quality of administrative support. She also oversees the management of the home office and its day-to-day operations. In her free time, Eunice serves as the worship leader and head of the music department for New Springfield Baptist Church, where she has served for 48 years.

Administrative Coordinator of Training and Formation
Sonia served cross culturally in Kenya for more than 12 years. She focused on leadership development, church planting, discipleship and spiritual formation. Sonia is the Coordinator of Training and Formation, helping to prepare and nurture our learners for fruitful ministry. She loves spending time with family, traveling, nature, photography, cooking, and music.  

Vice President for Finance and Administration
Sandeep serves in the finance department by managing the financial reporting and analysis for informed decision making. He has lived in three different countries (India, New Zealand, and the US), and has a heart for missions and serving cross culturally. In his spare time, he serves as a youth leader in his church to champion the next generation for Christ.

Coordinator of TCK Care

Kerry and her family served for 5 years with TMS Global in South Africa and Liberia.  Living overseas with her children at various ages and stages, gives her insight into raising a family cross culturally.  Kerry loves connecting with and supporting the families serving with TMS Global.  In her free time, you will find Kerry gardening, reading, or spending time outside with her family.

Director of Training and Formation
Laurie served in Latin America and Europe before becoming our director of training and formation. She is passionate about learning and teaching others how to grow, develop, and be effective as they serve around the globe. When she isn’t teaching, you can find Laurie hiking in the Spanish countryside or hanging out at the stables with horses.

Marketing and Creative Director
Born in California but raised in the South, Jonathan, his wife, Ashley, and their two boys Mateo and Luca, call Kennesaw home. Jonathan worked in campus ministry for five years at the University of Georgia before joining TMS Global, where he serves as the main creative, overseeing the print and video projects of the organization. He is an avid soccer fan, gamer, and is always down to hang with friends.

Vice President for Advancement

Kenda loves partnering with God and His people to advance the kingdom of heaven through nonprofit leadership. She has 21 years of experience in fundraising, marketing, and communications. She and her husband enjoy serving on the prophetic art/prayer team of their local church, camping, hiking, and spoiling their two adorable cats: Mr. Pickles and Peanut.

Finance Manager
Born in Colombia but raised in Georgia, Mady serves TMS Global as the finance bookkeeper. She graduated from the University of North Georgia with a business management degree. In her spare time she enjoys being a soccer mom to her two teenagers and playing mix-doubles tennis with her husband.

Director of TMS Thrive
Mary Kay spent 11 years in Ghana with TMS Global, providing water to remote villages. Now she extends her African experiences to TMS Thrive, an experiential learning journey for African and African American pastors. Building on the framework of global missions, TMS Thrive encourages flourishing ministry through cross-cultural dialogue, relationship building, and cultural immersion.

Writer

Jenifer works in the Communications/ Marketing department, helping to tell the stories of what God is doing around the world through CCWs and their neighbors. Her goal is to tell ethical and engaging stories that uphold the dignity of all people, helping the Church in North America to see the image of God in others.

Director of Development
Beverly joined TMS Global in 2005, working to support churches and our cross-cultural workers. She retired in 2015, but rejoined the staff in 2017, serving on the advancement team and supporting donors. Out of the office, Beverly enjoys time with her grandchildren. She also enjoys reading, soap making, and backyard birding.

Administrative Coordinator for Member Care

Laura is a native of Georgia and still calls Georgia home, with her husband and three children. Before joining TMS Global, Laura worked in the field of education and at her local church. She is passionate about helping, and she gets to do so as she provides administrative support to the member care department. In Laura's spare time, you can find her traveling or spending time with her family and friends. 

Bookkeeper

Patricia serves TMS Global as the bookkeeper. She graduated from JMU in VA with Management and Marketing degrees. She brings a plethera of corporate experience in sales, project management and finance to her position. In her spare time she enjoys visiting with friends and family, and reading.

Director of Member Care
Ari has served with TMS Global, both cross culturally and in the home office, for more than 25 years. As director of member care, Ari’s love for people is expressed through the oversight of our cross-cultural workers’ holistic well-being. Outside of the office, she enjoys traveling with her husband, Anthony, spoiling their dog, Bella, and expanding her pizza horizons.

Vice President for Mobilization
Sarah joined the TMS Global staff after nearly a decade of work in college ministry. She now gives strategic direction to TMS Global’s efforts to mobilize individuals and churches for cross-cultural mission work. In her spare time, Sarah loves to read, do puzzles, hike, and spend time with the people she loves.

Director of Church Culture
Sonji served as a cross-cultural worker in Kenya for more than 12 years. She focused on capacity building, church planting, discipleship, and leadership development. Sonji has a heart for the broken, marginalized, underserved, and unreached of the world. She serves in the church culture department of TMS Global to help churches reach their neighbors with the gospel.

Advancement Coordinator

With a background in corporate and education, Alison has over 20 years of experience as a business developer, sales manager, mentor, youth work, and leadership. A certified Christian counselor, life coach, and mentor, she is passionate about serving and helping others. In her spare time, Alison enjoys quality time with family, shopping, spa days, and piano.

Chief, Global Operations
Jim joined the staff after serving with TMS Global with his family in Kazakhstan from 1996-2006. He works with the global operations staff to ensure that cross-cultural workers and their families receive all the equipping, supervision, and care they need from the time of exploring their call all the way through their years of service. Jim loves to experience other cultures and describes himself as somewhat of a language junky.

Direct Mail & Digital Marketing Manager
Jon grew up as a Third Culture Kid (TCK) in Kazakhstan, where his family served with TMS Global. Jon worked in event production and as a graphic designer before joining TMS Global, where he works in creative marketing and advancement. He lives in Kentucky with his wife, Katie, and their children and is working on a Ph.D. in Intercultural Studies. He is passionate about bridging communication gaps and empowering the local and global church to speak clearly in our increasingly digital world.  

Assistant for Global Operations
Jill began partnering with TMS Global as a campus minister at the University of Georgia in 2007. She now serves the global operations division which includes member care, global engagement, and training and formation. She enjoys organizing the Regional Gatherings for our cross-cultural workers and the GreenLight: Gateway program for college students. Jill loves traveling and spending time with her husband and fourchildren.

Global Engagement Administrative Coordinator
Stacey is a recent addition to TMS Global. She oversees the administrative needs of cross-cultural witnesses, from keeping track of the placement process to pre-field preparation. When she is not keeping things organized, Stacey can be found at science fiction conventions.

Coordinator of Church Culture
Lindsey is passionate about seeing people engaged with God’s global purposes. She served cross culturally in the Middle East after college and with global mission mobilization in more than 32 different countries. She’s loves leveraging her giftings, experiences, and passions to serve new candidates of TMS Global. Lindsey's other joys include laughing at her husband’s jokes, drinking good coffee, dancing, coloring books, and creating environments of true hospitality.

Senior Director for Global Engagement
After more than 30 years in ministry in the US and overseas, Becky serves with TMS Global as the senior director of global engagement. Becky provides leadership and strategic direction to cross-cultural workers. Her passion is helping people live and work out of who God made them to be, and to collaborate in ways that demonstrate Jesus’ nature.

Vice President of Strategic Partnerships
In his role, Romal helps guide TMS Global to becoming a fully diverse and inclusive organization, whose mission force, staff, and board reflect the overall diversity of the kingdom of God. As a social entrepreneur, Romal founded a nonprofit that helps STEM students. He has authored two books, is a US Army veteran, and the proud father of two amazing teenagers.

Mobilizer
Jennie joined the mobilization team in 2014 after serving with TMS Global in Monterrey, Mexico. Jennie helps coordinate the GreenLight program, which is an opportunity for young adults to discern their call. In her free time, you can find Jennie spending time with her husband, Isaac, and enjoying the outdoors.

President and CEO
Max assumed the role of president and CEO of TMS Global in 2014. He brings his skills in effective biblical communication, team building, leadership training, institutional financial management and growth, and a missional mindset to lead TMS Global. Max enjoys reading, watching movies and theater productions, long-distance running, surfing, watching sports, traveling, cooking, fishing, and is a big fan of the University of Florida. Go Gators!

Senior Director for International Mobilization
Steve has served with TMS Global for more than 15 years, living in Costa Rica, Mexico, and now in Colorado. Steve mobilizes churches globally to meet social and spiritual needs in their neighborhoods and in the nations. Out of the office you can find Steve exploring the outdoors with his family.
