Do you feel called to go deeper in community, develop culturally astute leaders, discover pathways for discipleship/mission integration, and delve into wider missional outreach? Are you looking for community and fellowship with other senior pastors while learning together? Then this cohort is for you!

Experience:

This cohort is for eight-to-ten senior pastors who desire missional engagement but need a strategy to get started. The ultimate goal for this cohort is to cast vision that will enable others to know Jesus and make Him known. This cohort model allows senior pastors to encourage one another, share ideas, and learn from one another.

Over a 14-month period, we will build from various assessments, cultivate a missional lens based on current realities, and strengthen our resolve for reaching the nations. In January 2027, we will culminate this peer-to-peer developmental journey with a seven-day overseas, immersive, mission experience.

Meetings:

Meetings kick off with an in-person launch, followed by a 90-minute video call each month. Midway through the program, we'll come together for a three-day, in-person learning experience called The Summit.

Dates:

Cohort begins at the end of February 2026.

Cost:

You’ll be responsible for covering your travel and hotel accommodations for the in-person launch, The Summit, and the overseas cultural immersion experience, with a total estimated cost of $3,500.
