This month, three families felt the Lord calling them to give a challenge gift totaling $240,000 to advance God’s work around the world through The Mission Society. They want to encourage others like yourself to give before December 31, 2010 to this Challenge Gift. We are so thankful for their generosity and for their desire to motivate others to join Jesus in His mission this Christmas.

Denny Brown, Mission Society vice president of advancement, commented, “As we celebrate the birth of Jesus this Christmas season, we rejoice that there are new brothers and sisters in Christ around the world. At the same time, though, we remember those that have not yet heard the Good News of Jesus. We praise God for these three families and their significant investment in God’s Kingdom work to make sure that more people hear the gospel message and come to know Jesus as their personal Lord and Savior.”

Your gift to our "Missionary Support Ministries" this month will support the major ministries of our home office team, including our efforts to recruit new missionaries, care for our 200+ current missionaries serving around the world, train national pastors globally to reach the least reached peoples of the earth, and mobilize local churches in the U.S. to more strategic global outreach. We at The Mission Society want to be a bridge for you to fulfill God’s call on your life to “go and make disciples of all nations” (Matt. 28:19).
