Anne Gongwer founded the Ankaase Literacy Program in Ankaase, Ghana, enabling many Ghanaians of all ages to learn how to read and write in their native tongue. Ghanaian volunteers have taught more than 80 people how to read the Bible in their mother tongue language. A New Testament is presented as a gift upon completion of the course.
