Cambodia

location-icon

In the late 20th century, Cambodia emerged from decades of turmoil, including the Khmer Rouge regime and subsequent civil conflict. The Khmer Rouge's rule, marked by brutal genocide and forced labor, left the country shattered. Since the 1990s, Cambodia has been on a path of recovery, with ongoing efforts to rebuild its economy, infrastructure, and social fabric. Despite progress, significant challenges remain, particularly in areas of economic development, social justice, and spiritual renewal. There is still much work to be done to aid Cambodia in its journey toward a stable and thriving society.
