Jim and his wife, Shawn, served as cross-cultural witnesses under TMS Global in Kazakhstan for 10 years. In 2006 he joined the staff and has held various roles in leadership until assuming the president role in 2024. Jim has a passion for excellence in mission training and participates in training both domestically and internationally. Under his leadership, TMS Global has entered into healthy, ministry relationships with several international organizations and movements.

Sarah serves as the vice president for mobilization. In this role, she gives strategic direction to TMS Global’s efforts to mobilize individuals and churches for cross-cultural mission work, both in the US and abroad. Internationally, TMS Global trains and mobilizes churches to join the global mission movement to serve least-reached people by developing mobilization hub teams, tools, and training. Domestically, the US mobilization teams walk alongside individuals and churches as they discover their unique place in God’s global mission. A former campus minister, Sarah oversees and directs TMS Global’s mobilization efforts with the passion of seeing the body of Christ awaken to its calling and, together, display and proclaim the kingdom of God.

Kenda loves partnering with God and His people to advance the kingdom of heaven through nonprofit leadership. In her role at TMS Global, Kenda leads the Development and Communication teams that comprise the Division of Advancement. The division’s goal is to minister to, pray for, motivate and mobilize followers of Christ and local churches to join Jesus in His mission through generosity and participation in God’s Kingdom work through TMS Global. Kenda has 21+ years of experience in fundraising, marketing and communication plus two years in management consulting. She has worked in human services, healthcare, education and faith-based settings. Kenda and Adam met and married in Florida and later moved to the Atlanta metro area. She and her husband enjoy serving on the prophetic art/prayer team of their local church, camping, hiking, and spoiling their two adorable cats: Mr. Pickles and Peanut.

Romal Tune serves as vice president for strategic partnerships. In this role, Romal helps guide TMS Global to becoming a fully diverse and inclusive organization, whose mission force, staff, and board reflect the overall diversity of the kingdom of God. He helps the organization identify and address cultural and institutional roadblocks to diversity and inclusion, as well as builds strategic partnerships in communities of color in the US and around the world.
